Day 38: 68 seconds!!

I held my first plank today for the full 40 seconds! Wooooo-hooooo! I was so happy I almost clapped for myself... but I wanted to conserve my shoulder strength. haha

Then on the second plank, I stayed up for 28 seconds before I fell. That's 68 seconds without falling! YES!

Then I held for about 17 seconds on the third one, then 13... and on the last one, I held for 20 seconds, then 10 and 10.

Still... a significant improvement over just two days ago. I was really excited (clearly). :)

  3. Ah, Marissa, this is great. When it's getting tough, keep your mind on what is improving noticeably and realise the other things will get there too. Pistol squats - I will believe this of them too. Keep going!
