26 songs both today and yesterday! I find that interesting.

There are some exercises I kind of love, even when they hurt. For whatever reason, I just really, really like them & kind of look forward to them. Squats are one of them. Push-ups are another [I can't do chest presses, so I do push-ups in their place... and I still have to do them on my knees :) ]. I love crunches too. I dig all three of those, no matter how much they make my muscles burn and shake and scream.

There are others I hate. Just irrationally, completely, angrily hate. Leg-ups are one of them. (They HURT! They hurt my back, my hip flexers, even my shoulders from putting my hands under my butt. I do them on faith alone that my abs are getting something out of all of it... because the pain is always elsewhere. Ugh. Hate.) Lunges are another.

The past two days have been odd for me, food-wise, because I have just not been hungry. I guess more precisely, I get hungry, but it takes an absurdly small amount of food to make me feel full. So despite the hard workouts, I have been choking down my food. I haven't gotten all of it down... the snacks fall to the wayside since I'm still working on the prior meal. This eating-regularly thing is still a challenge. I guess I've got 2/3 of the program yet to get used to it!

  1. The smaller appetite is the result of your stomach organ getting small. This is a good thing! Stuff is going on internally! It'll work it's way to the outside soon.
