Day 70: Jacked up.

My shoulder is jacked up. That workout from day 63 was the final straw for it. It's been unworkable since then. I can do my cardio & my legs, but anything involving the arms is a no-go. It sucks, it pisses me off, but I pushed to keep up when I should've been taking it easier, and now I have to rest it for an extended period. (Swell.)

I don't have anything else to add at this point--just frustrated. Upset. Sore.

  3. That is rough... I can totally relate. The only thing I can say (through my current experience) is just be happy that you still can do all the cardio you like... without swinging that arm around too much! It could be much worse than just the shoulder. It is definitely something that you can learn from; next time you will know the point at which your body has had enough. Try to stay positive! Good luck!
